Product

In most cases, our products can work well with extensions/themes of other providers. If there’s any conflict, we will try our best to help you fix it until it is solved 100%.

We don’t offer a trial version, but we do have a 30-day refund policy, so you can buy with confidence.

We release two separated versions to be compatible with each Magento edition. If you use the product’s community version for a website using Magento Enterprise, there may be errors. 

Price

You don’t have to pay any extra cost after purchasing our products.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer personal discounts. But you can get some dollars off your next order by subscribe to our mailing list ($10). The sign-up is at the top right & the subscription box is in the footer of our website.

Ordinarily, the Enterprise Edition includes the extra fee depending on each product.

Payment

Currently, we only support product payment via Paypal. However, we will consider other payment methods and notify you of this.

You can log in to your account in Magezon then go to “My order” to see the status of your order- complete or pending.

We use the industry standard encryption protocol known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to keep your order information secure. As you know, security is the top priority at Magezon. When you submit the sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

License

According to our license policy, you are allowed to use a single extension license on only one Magento installation.

If you want to use our extension on another Magento installation, you have to purchase another license for this installation.

If you’re running multiple domains or websites under the same Magento installation, you just need to use one extension license.

You can use our products on 01 test/development site. After purchasing, you will obtain a License Certificate in which you should provide your staging/ development domain.

One edition can be installed on one Magento installation (one single backend domain). If you have multiple front-end domains such as abc.com or abc.uk but they have the same backend domain, they will still be counted as one Magento installation.

Product Update

You will get FREE Life-time Update for all products.

Please log in to Magezon, go to “My account” then “My downloadable products” to download the updated versions of our products.

It depends on each product. We will take the priority to the products that have a large number of users and request for updates. In the event that Magento is updated to the new version, all of our products will also be gradually updated to be compatible with it.

Support policy

When you are buying our product, you can see the information of it in add to cart area. In the 'Additional Services' block, tick on 'Free Installation Support' before adding to cart. Just submit a ticket here and we're ready for help within 24 hours. This service is totally free, all the thing you have to do is providing us with those below information:

  • Order ID

  • SSH account & admin account

After 90 days, you need to pay an extra fee for our support. However, we believe that 90 days is enough for you to install, run and use our extension properly on your website.
